A Note on Our Global Curation

Welcome to The Character Arc! Each of our treasures is carefully inspected, lovingly packaged, and shipped from our creative studio in Beijing, China. Please take a moment to review our shipping process.

 

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

International Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer international shipping to the following regions:

• United States, Canada

• Europe (Ireland, Germany, France...)

• Australia, New Zealand

• Asia Pacific (Japan, South Korea, Singapore...)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• North America: 7-12 business days
• Europe: 5-10 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 7-12 business days
• Asia: 3-7 business days

Please note that these are estimates and we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Potential delays due to customs processing are outside of our control.

 

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

International Taxes and Duties Notice

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Character Arc is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
