PAIRS WELL WITH ：A cozy Fair Isle sweater, the scent of pine needles and gingerbread, and a cup of hot cocoa by the fire. These charming Avon studs from the 70s are the perfect, playful touch for a winter party or a cozy evening decorating the tree.

 

 

Description

Measurements: Approx 0.66 inch tall

Materials:  Gold-plated, Red Enamel

Condition: Excellent Vintage 

This piece is in truly remarkable condition for its age, presenting almost like new from the front. The gold-tone metal is bright, lustrous, and largely free of scratches. The pearlescent red enamel is immaculate, retaining its beautiful, subtle shimmer. The central rhinestone is clear and sparkles brightly.

The back of the flower also maintains an excellent, shiny finish.

Please note, as is common with well-loved vintage pieces, the original findings show their age. The ear posts have some minor tarnishing, and the original earring backs (clutches) show significant rust and wear. For your comfort and immediate enjoyment, I will be including a brand new pair of replacement earring backs in addition to the original ones.

Overall, this piece presents beautifully at a solid 9/10 condition and is ready for its next chapter.

 

Avoid Water & Chemicals :

Keep all pieces dry and away from water. This is vital for The Renaissance Edit's vintage brass, as it prevents oxidation. Also, avoid perfumes, hairspray, lotions, and harsh cleaning agents; they can dull stones and react with metals.

Proper Storage :

When not worn, store your treasures in a cool, dry place. Keep them out of direct sunlight, ideally in individual soft pouches or a lined jewelry box, to protect their brilliance.

Brass Care :

Vintage brass naturally develops a rich patina over time. For oxidation or spots on Renaissance Edit brass, a gentle polish with a soft cloth will easily restore its warm, golden luster. Embrace this as part of its living history!
