THE SPIRIT:

Cradle · A Small Moon in the Palm · Something Rocked Gently · Light Held Softly · The Shape That Keeps

DESCRIPTION:

Brand: The Character Arc

Origin:
Handcrafted · Original Design

Size:
Pendant Length: 1.4 inches / Pendant Weight: 4g (Featherlight & Delicate) / Opal: 7 × 3 × 9 mm, 1.22ct

Materials:
Gold-Plated Copper Alloy Sculptural Hand + Natural Opal (crescent moon form, semi-translucent milk-white base with vivid pink, green, and orange fire)

Natural opal contains water. Keep away from heat, harsh chemicals, and ultrasonic cleaners. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth.

The clearest crescent in the series: a soft curved body, thicker at the center and tapering gently at both ends, lying in the palm like a small moon set down for a moment. The base is semi-translucent milk-white, warm from within. Across the curve, pink, green, and orange fire move in bright flashes — the colors a moon would carry if it were holding daylight inside it. One-of-a-kind. October birthstone.

THE CHARACTER ARC:

The hand is a cradle. The moon is a cradle. Both are shapes that keep.

A cradle is one of the first shapes we learn. A curve that holds something softly, that rocks it gently, that keeps the small thing from falling. The hand makes one when you cup it. The moon makes one when it is new, hanging in the sky like a quiet bowl of light. The word is older than most of our languages.

Her body is that curve, caught in stone. A pale crescent lit from inside, with pink and green and orange fire moving across the arc, like a moon holding a little bit of the day it has just left behind. The hand that holds her is already a cradle; she is the second one, nested inside the first.

She is for anyone who has ever been the one doing the holding — and who sometimes needs to remember that they, too, are allowed to be held.

Avoid Water & Chemicals :

Keep all pieces dry and away from water. This is vital for The Renaissance Edit's vintage brass, as it prevents oxidation. Also, avoid perfumes, hairspray, lotions, and harsh cleaning agents; they can dull stones and react with metals.

Proper Storage :

When not worn, store your treasures in a cool, dry place. Keep them out of direct sunlight, ideally in individual soft pouches or a lined jewelry box, to protect their brilliance.

Brass Care :

Vintage brass naturally develops a rich patina over time. For oxidation or spots on Renaissance Edit brass, a gentle polish with a soft cloth will easily restore its warm, golden luster. Embrace this as part of its living history!
