Handcrafted · Original Design

Pendant Length: 1.4 inches / Pendant Weight: 4g (Featherlight & Delicate) / Opal: 5 × 3 × 12 mm, 1.42ct

Gold-Plated Copper Alloy Sculptural Hand + Natural Opal (tall tapering cone-like form, milky translucent body with dense multi-colored fire shifting unpredictably across the surface)

Natural opal contains water. Keep away from heat, harsh chemicals, and ultrasonic cleaners. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth.

A tall slender raw opal rising to a soft point — the silhouette of a small flame caught in milky white, held upright in the palm. Dense fire moves across the stone in constantly changing patterns: green, pink, orange, blue, all shifting as the light shifts, never resting. The shape of something sacred. The fire of something that does not know how to stop. One-of-a-kind. October birthstone.

THE CHARACTER ARC:

A small eternal, cradled in a golden palm.

An eternal flame is a strange and beautiful human invention. In almost every culture there is one somewhere — in a temple, at a memorial, in the lantern of an old church, at the tomb of a soldier whose name is no longer spoken. The point of an eternal flame is not that fire itself is permanent. Fire is one of the most impermanent things we know. The point is that someone has decided, collectively, to never let this particular fire go out. Eternity, it turns out, is not a property of the thing. Eternity is a promise people keep around it.

Her body is that same quiet promise. A tall tapering form in milky white, rising to a soft point like a small flame held still, with fire moving across the surface in restless shifting color — green becoming pink becoming orange becoming blue, the way a real flame moves, never twice the same. She is shaped like something sacred. She is lit like something that cannot be put out.

She is for anyone who has chosen to keep tending something — a love, a practice, a grief, a hope, a version of themselves. For the quiet work of refusing to let a thing go dark. She is the small eternal in the palm — white, upright, endlessly moving, held carefully by a hand that knows what it is doing.

Avoid Water & Chemicals :

Keep all pieces dry and away from water. This is vital for The Renaissance Edit's vintage brass, as it prevents oxidation. Also, avoid perfumes, hairspray, lotions, and harsh cleaning agents; they can dull stones and react with metals.

Proper Storage :

When not worn, store your treasures in a cool, dry place. Keep them out of direct sunlight, ideally in individual soft pouches or a lined jewelry box, to protect their brilliance.

Brass Care :

Vintage brass naturally develops a rich patina over time. For oxidation or spots on Renaissance Edit brass, a gentle polish with a soft cloth will easily restore its warm, golden luster. Embrace this as part of its living history!
