THE SPIRIT:

Lagoon · A Small Blue Enclosed Water · Dense Shimmer Across a Still Surface · The Curve of a Protected Shore · Something Calm, Full of Light

DESCRIPTION:

Brand: The Character Arc

Origin: Handcrafted · Original Design

Size: Pendant Length: 1.4 inches / Pendant Weight: 4g (Featherlight & Delicate) / Opal: 5 × 2 × 13 mm, 1.63ct

Materials: Gold-Plated Copper Alloy Sculptural Hand + Natural Opal (long curved cashew-like form, translucent body with dense fine blue shimmer covering the full surface)

Natural opal contains water. Keep away from heat, harsh chemicals, and ultrasonic cleaners. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth.

A natural raw opal in a long curved form, like a small blue lagoon turned around its own shore. Dense fine blue shimmer moves across the full surface — not a few flashes but a continuous field of small lights, as if the entire body held a shallow water surface catching sun. One-of-a-kind. October birthstone.

THE CHARACTER ARC:

A small lagoon, cradled in a golden palm.

A lagoon is the ocean, made small enough to see.

Somewhere out beyond, the sea is enormous — too wide to understand, too deep to hold. But a lagoon is a pocket of that same water, curved into a shape a person can walk around. A coral reef or a sandbar held it back from the open sea, and now the water inside is still, bright, blue — the whole ocean in a size you can see from one shore to the other.

Her body is one of those enclosed waters, held still. A small translucent form curved around itself like a crescent of coastline, with dense fine blue shimmer across the entire surface — not flashes but a continuous blue field, as if the whole lagoon were lit from underneath. The curve of her is not aggressive. It’s the shape a shore makes when it decides to hold water instead of letting it pass.

She is for anyone who has learned that there is a difference between the ocean and a lagoon — between the vast thing and the version of it you can actually hold. For the person who makes a small clear pool out of a big difficult life — a morning routine, a corner of a room, an evening to themselves — and keeps it bright, and keeps it still. She is the small lagoon in the palm — curved, blue, lit from within, held carefully by a hand that knows the whole ocean doesn’t need to come at once.

Avoid Water & Chemicals :

Keep all pieces dry and away from water. This is vital for The Renaissance Edit's vintage brass, as it prevents oxidation. Also, avoid perfumes, hairspray, lotions, and harsh cleaning agents; they can dull stones and react with metals.

Proper Storage :

When not worn, store your treasures in a cool, dry place. Keep them out of direct sunlight, ideally in individual soft pouches or a lined jewelry box, to protect their brilliance.

Brass Care :

Vintage brass naturally develops a rich patina over time. For oxidation or spots on Renaissance Edit brass, a gentle polish with a soft cloth will easily restore its warm, golden luster. Embrace this as part of its living history!
