Pea
Pea
THE SPIRIT:
A small round stone the size of a pea · pale orange and translucent, with soft green fire moving through it · the shape of something tiny and complete · a stone you could lose between the cushions · the kind of small that is somehow enough
DESCRIPTION:
Brand: The Character Arc
Origin: Handcrafted · Original Design
Size: Pendant Length: 1.4 inches / Pendant Weight: 4g (Featherlight & Delicate) / Opal: 6 × 6 × 3 mm, 0.6ct
Materials: Gold-Plated Copper Alloy Sculptural Hand + Natural Opal (a small, nearly round form; a pale orange semi-translucent base with soft green fire drifting across the surface)
A note on the stone: Natural opal holds a small amount of water inside its structure. Keep it away from extreme heat, chemicals, and long sun exposure. Wipe gently with a soft cloth. Treated with care, it will hold its fire for a lifetime.
The stone is tiny and almost perfectly round — barely bigger than the pea it's named for. Its base is a pale, warm orange, soft and semi-translucent like a bead of honey held up to the light. Through the body, gentle green fire drifts and shifts, catching the light in little flashes. Nothing about it is loud. Everything about it is small, round, and quietly glowing. The gold hand holds it cupped and gentle, the way a palm holds something that could roll away.
THE CHARACTER ARC:
"Sweet pea" is one of the oldest terms of endearment in the English language. A parent says it to a child. A grandmother says it to a grandchild. Someone says it, softly, to the person they love.
A pea is small. A pea is round. A pea is the kind of thing you'd forget about if you dropped it, and smile about when you found it again weeks later between the cushions. It is not an important shape. It is just a small, perfect thing that is somehow exactly enough.
This stone is that kind of small. Pale orange, barely translucent, with soft green fire that comes and goes like a secret. It isn't trying to be a statement. It is just here, warm and round, waiting to be held.
She is the one who gets called "sweet pea" by the people who love her best.
Avoid Water & Chemicals :
Keep all pieces dry and away from water. This is vital for The Renaissance Edit's vintage brass, as it prevents oxidation. Also, avoid perfumes, hairspray, lotions, and harsh cleaning agents; they can dull stones and react with metals.
Proper Storage :
When not worn, store your treasures in a cool, dry place. Keep them out of direct sunlight, ideally in individual soft pouches or a lined jewelry box, to protect their brilliance.
Brass Care :
Vintage brass naturally develops a rich patina over time. For oxidation or spots on Renaissance Edit brass, a gentle polish with a soft cloth will easily restore its warm, golden luster. Embrace this as part of its living history!
