The West German glass cabochon at the centre of this locket carries a carved rose motif beneath a shifting aurora finish — emerald green bleeding into turquoise, then catching a flash of violet at the edges when you turn it in the light. It's the colour of a greenhouse window at noon, of old bottle glass fished from a riverbed, of the moment a garden goes from still to alive after rain. The brass disc around it is engraved with a symmetrical floral border — daisies and cross-hatched panels arranged in a quiet Art Deco rhythm, worn just enough to feel like something found rather than something bought.
