This pendant sets a small winged cherub in solid brass against a polished heart of natural labradorite — deep, dark, banded with flashes of peacock blue and sea green that appear and vanish with each shift of light. The cherub is modeled in the tradition of Renaissance putti: a round, watchful face framed by a pair of outstretched wings, resting against the stone like a small guardian stationed at the entrance of something sacred. The labradorite beneath it holds its light in secret — slate-grey in shadow, then suddenly alive with blue and teal when the angle catches.
