A full compass rose in raw brass sits centered on a disc of translucent rose quartz — eight points radiating outward, cardinal letters (N, S, E, W) pressed into the metal, a delicate laurel wreath running along the outer rim. The brass work has the weight and precision of a navigational instrument, each point sharply defined, the central axis raised like a sundial pin.
