DESCRIPTION:
Brand: The Character Arc
Origin: Handcrafted · Original Design
Size: Pendant Length: 1.4 inches / Pendant Weight: 4.2g (Featherlight & Delicate) / Opal: 9 × 7 × 5 mm, 1.5ct
Materials: Gold-Plated Copper Alloy Sculptural Hand + Natural Opal (a rounded, softly tapered form; a pale lemon-yellow semi-translucent base with fine pink, green, and red fire scattered through the interior like oil cells inside citrus peel)
A note on the stone: Natural opal holds a small amount of water inside its structure. Keep it away from extreme heat, chemicals, and long sun exposure. Wipe gently with a soft cloth. Treated with care, it will hold its fire for a lifetime.
The stone is a rare color for opal — a soft, water-clear yellow, like a tall glass of lemon water on a summer afternoon. Its body is semi-translucent, holding light the way citrus holds sunlight: a little green at the edges, a little gold through the middle, with fine pink and red fire scattered through the interior like the tiny oil cells inside a lemon's peel. Nothing about it is heavy. Everything about it is clear and quietly alive. The gold hand holds it fully cradled, the way a palm holds something cool on a warm day.
THE CHARACTER ARC:
Zest is the thin outer layer of a citrus peel — the part most people throw away, and the part cooks fight to keep. It is where the whole fragrance lives.
A good cook knows that zest changes a dish entirely. Not by weight, not by volume, but by presence. A pinch of lemon peel in a pot of soup, in a bowl of pasta, in the batter of a cake — and suddenly the whole thing tastes brighter, more awake, more itself. Zest is not the main ingredient. Zest is what makes the main ingredient remember it is alive.
This stone is that quality, held in gold. A soft lemon color through the body, fine fire scattered through the interior like the oil cells that make citrus peel smell the way it does. Nothing about it is loud. Everything about it brightens the room without asking for the room's attention.
She is the one who makes every ordinary day taste a little more like itself. Not by changing anything. Just by being there.
Avoid Water & Chemicals :
Keep all pieces dry and away from water. This is vital for The Renaissance Edit's vintage brass, as it prevents oxidation. Also, avoid perfumes, hairspray, lotions, and harsh cleaning agents; they can dull stones and react with metals.
Proper Storage :
When not worn, store your treasures in a cool, dry place. Keep them out of direct sunlight, ideally in individual soft pouches or a lined jewelry box, to protect their brilliance.
Brass Care :
Vintage brass naturally develops a rich patina over time. For oxidation or spots on Renaissance Edit brass, a gentle polish with a soft cloth will easily restore its warm, golden luster. Embrace this as part of its living history!
